Durable Private
Code of Conduct
The rooms only work because everyone in them holds the same standard. This is it.
01
No hard selling. Ever.
You’re here to build relationships, not pipelines. No pitching in the rooms, no unsolicited decks, no adding members to your list because you met them at dinner. Be useful, be known for what you do — and if someone wants it, they’ll ask. That’s how business actually gets done here.
02
What’s said in the room stays in the room.
Members share real numbers, real struggles, and real stories in confidence. Default to confidentiality: use what you learn, never attribute it, never repeat it outside the room without permission.
03
Show up and contribute.
Bring your actual problems and your honest answers. The room is only as valuable as what its members put into it — half-present people get half the value and give less.
04
Respect the table.
Every seat belongs to an operator carrying real weight. Come prepared, stay curious, and let people finish. Disagreement is welcome; disrespect isn’t.
05
Your seat is yours alone.
Private is for business owners, and membership isn’t transferable — no delegates, no stand-ins, no bringing your sales lead to work the room.
06
In The Room, signal over noise.
Our members-only chat is moderated and held to the same standard as the dinner table: generous answers, honest questions, zero promotion unless someone asks. Quality is the whole point.
We curate these rooms carefully, and we protect them the same way. Members who can’t hold this standard will be asked to leave.
