Durable is Utah’s Business Commons. Owners build much of what makes this state work, and too many of them build alone. We’re the community that changes that: 1,600+ Utah member businesses, speaker events, peer groups, and chapters built around what founders actually care about.

Run our events and the community around them: programming, logistics, and the members who make a room worth walking into.

Most of what holds Durable together is run by members, not staff. These are open year-round.
Chapter leadership
Every chapter is run by a committee of three to five volunteers who set the calendar, bring speakers, and host the room. ETA Utah and Nonprofit Innovators are live, and more are forming.
Start a chapter
Chapters form out of demand. If you and a handful of owners share an angle nobody is serving yet, tell us what you’d build and we’ll help you stand it up.
Peer group leadership
Each peer group runs itself through three member roles: president, culture chair, and accountability chair. Leaders get a discounted peer group membership.
Event volunteer
Help run a room: check-in, setup, photos, and making sure first-timers meet someone. The simplest way to find out whether this work suits you.
